Progress update on this beauty 👀
Just a few days in and this stone-coated steel roof is already completely transforming the home. The Decra Sunset Gold stone coated steel is bringing it to life—clean, sharp, and built to handle whatever Colorado throws at it.
As you can see, this looks exactly like tile, but is much lighter, and has many more benefits that make it superior to a tile roof. If you have a tile roof that needs to be replaced, consider replacing it with stone coated steel!

Just about complete and looking incredible. This roof features Tamko StormFighter Flex in Thunderstorm Gray, a sharp color with a unique pattern that really stands out. Even better, these Class 4 impact-resistant shingles are built to handle the hail and tough mountain weather we see here in Colorado.
We also removed the old, inefficient roof ventilation and upgraded the home to a continuous ridge vent system, providing more effective attic ventilation to help regulate temperature and extend the life of the roof.
Another home now ready for whatever the mountains throw at it. With the amazing weather we’ve been having lately, it’s a great time to get your roof taken care of before the next storm rolls in.
